The Sotavento is a spectacular boutique whole ownership condominium development on one of Mexico’s most coveted beachfront locations, Playa la Ropa in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.  Its five-star location is immediately adjacent to Embarc’s (previously Club Intrawest) most popular worldwide resort and neighbour to some of Mexico’s most exclusive west coast hotels.

The Sotavento is a 2-Phase project totaling approximately 198 units, each having an unobstructed view of the ocean and direct access to the unique beach club.

In successfully completing over $1B of development projects across North America, I have experienced various levels of competency regarding development management , zoning , planning, entitlement and development. Our past projects included many types of real estate development- from bare land rezoning, servicing, subdivision and development to multifamily development and master planned communities.
