  • Participant and advisor during Waterfront Area Redevelopment Plan design charrette

  • ​Review and provide recommendations to Lakefront Access Plan to encourage and promote investment in P3 property (i.e. day mooring, commercial opportunities)

  • Developed a series of investment attraction brochures to demonstrate the progression of the Waterfront Area Redevelopment Plan

  • Prepare documents (i.e. lease agreements, investor profiles, and other P3 related documents)

  • Ongoing contact with investors and developers looking to proceed with P3 development
